EduVantage is redefining modern education with digital-first platforms for schools, universities, and corporate training. We’re hiring a Learning Experience Designer to build engaging course modules, craft learner pathways, and integrate interactive tools for both online and blended classrooms.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop multimedia e-learning modules and interactive lessons

• Design curriculum roadmaps across K-12, higher ed, and workforce training

• Ensure SCORM/LMS compliance for all content

• Work with subject experts to align pedagogy and technology

• Analyze learner engagement data to improve outcomes

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in instructional design or e-learning

• Strong with Articulate 360, Storyline, Captivate, or similar tools

• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms

• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Learning Tech

• Excellent writing and design skills

• Salary: CAD 90,000 – 130,000 / Year

• Hours: 40/week
