You will analyze learner engagement metrics, conduct A/B testing on instructional formats, and ensure that all learning materials are optimized for accessibility and mobile delivery. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Map learning journeys across subjects & ages

• Coordinate content production with writers, animators

• Analyze learner engagement and dropout metrics

• Maintain SCORM/LMS compatibility

• Conduct A/B testing for instructional UX

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in edtech, content, or curriculum roles

• Knowledge of pedagogy, LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas)

• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Comms

• Excellent writing and analytics skills
