FreshBasket is transforming the way communities access fresh produce through a hybrid farm-to-door and in-store grocery model. We are seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to oversee sourcing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery of high-quality fruits, vegetables, and specialty foods. In this role, you will work closely with local farmers, logistics providers, and technology teams to ensure product freshness, minimize waste, and streamline operations. Responsibilities include implementing demand forecasting tools, negotiating supplier contracts, coordinating warehouse operations, and monitoring quality control standards. You will also lead initiatives to integrate sustainable packaging, optimize delivery routes, and improve customer experience through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG supply chains, team leadership, and operational strategy within a high-growth retail or food business.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze vendor performance and fulfillment KPIs

• Forecast perishable inventory needs across regions

• Streamline warehouse operations and delivery models

• Collaborate with data science on route optimization

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years in logistics or supply chain roles

• Proficient in Excel, Tableau, SQL

• Familiarity with cold chain and food distribution

• Bachelor's in Logistics, Business, or related
