We are seeking a Renewable Energy Storage Analyst to model and optimize battery efficiency, predict storage lifecycles, and analyze market dynamics influencing renewable adoption. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, grid operators, and policy advisors to ensure our storage systems meet both technical and regulatory requirements. You will conduct performance simulations, develop predictive models for asset management, and create data-driven reports to guide investment and operational decisions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in energy systems, battery chemistry, and market analytics, with a passion for accelerating the transition to clean energy. This position offers the chance to directly impact the stability and scalability of green energy infrastructure across the Nordic region.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze energy storage KPIs and sensor data

• Support forecasting for off-grid and hybrid systems

• Conduct simulations using MATLAB or Simulink

• Report findings to R&D and commercial teams

• Evaluate new battery tech performance

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years in energy systems or data modeling

• Familiarity with battery systems, PV, BMS

• Proficient in MATLAB, Python, or Excel

• Degree in Energy Engineering, Physics, or similar
