🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations and triage

• Support medication adherence and vitals tracking

• Coordinate with GPs, pharmacists, and families

• Document records in EMR system

• Educate patients on wellness and home care

• 2+ years of clinical nursing

• Registered Nurse in EU

• Comfort using EMR and telehealth tools
