PrimeTaste Foods is a global leader in gourmet and functional food manufacturing, producing premium products for retail, foodservice, and export markets. We are seeking a Food Product Development Manager to lead the creation of new recipes, improve existing formulations, and oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization. You will work closely with R&D chefs, nutritionists, and supply chain teams to ensure products meet taste, nutrition, and sustainability goals. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, testing ingredient substitutions, and managing pilot production trials. You will also liaise with quality assurance teams to maintain food safety compliance and coordinate with marketing to position new products successfully in target markets. The ideal candidate is creative yet analytical, with a passion for culinary innovation and a deep understanding of food science.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop plant-based recipes and test shelf life

• Conduct lab trials and scaling simulations

• Work with branding on nutritional labeling

• Ensure products meet FSANZ standards

• Document sensory testing and taste panel results

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Food Tech or Nutrition

• Experience in food labs or kitchen-scale production

• Familiar with ingredient sourcing in APAC

• Attention to texture, flavor, and allergen safety
