BrightFleet is driving the future of sustainable transportation by electrifying mobility across Scandinavia. We are seeking an experienced and strategic EV Charging Infrastructure Manager to lead the deployment of fast-charging stations in key urban centers and along major highway corridors. In this role, you will oversee site selection, permitting, contractor coordination, and the installation of state-of-the-art charging systems. You will collaborate closely with municipalities, energy providers, and engineering teams to ensure optimal network coverage, high uptime reliability, and user-friendly design. The position also involves analyzing charging demand data, optimizing station layouts, and implementing smart energy management systems for cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in renewable energy, transportation infrastructure, or large-scale construction project management, with the ability to balance technical expertise and stakeholder engagement. This is a pivotal role in accelerating EV adoption and delivering a cleaner, more connected transportation future in Scandinavia.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify high-traffic EV charging sites

• Manage installation partners and city permits

• Optimize energy load balancing and uptime

• Negotiate utility agreements and land leases

• Maintain vendor relationships with equipment providers

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–6 years in EV infrastructure or smart grid projects

• Knowledge of EVSE, V2G, and load management

• Familiar with European regulations and subsidies

• BSc in Engineering, Urban Planning, or Energy
