We are seeking a Response Strategy Analyst to enhance operational readiness by analyzing mission data, refining response protocols, and improving logistical coordination for emergency evacuations. In this role, you will work closely with dispatch teams, pilots, medical staff, and safety officers to optimize routing efficiency, resource allocation, and compliance with international aviation and healthcare regulations. You will also conduct post-mission reviews to identify improvements in safety procedures, medical preparedness, and operational speed. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, a background in emergency services or transportation logistics, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. This is a mission-critical role for someone passionate about saving lives through precision planning and execution.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze flight and ground emergency transport data

• Develop risk assessment models for med-evac missions

• Coordinate with pilots, medics, and airports

• Audit mission documentation and compliance

• Contribute to emergency protocol updates

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in EMS, aviation, or emergency response

• Familiarity with flight dispatch systems

• Degree in Health Management or Aviation Safety

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
