We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage B2B customer projects from initial procurement to final delivery. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating procurement schedules, monitoring inventory availability, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing logistics to guarantee timely deliveries. You will also prepare project documentation, track progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and skilled in balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technical environment. This role is critical in ensuring that BuildCraft Tools continues to deliver reliable solutions that empower contractors to achieve their goals efficiently.
