PolarMed is at the forefront of developing minimally invasive surgical systems and advanced diagnostic hardware that transform patient outcomes worldwide. We are seeking a Clinical Product Manager to act as the vital link between our medical device engineering teams, clinical partners, and international health markets. In this role, you will guide products from concept through regulatory approval and market launch, ensuring that they meet both clinical needs and business objectives. Your work will include gathering feedback from surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare providers, translating those insights into product requirements, and coordinating with R&D, quality, and regulatory teams. You will oversee product training for healthcare professionals, prepare market-entry strategies, and support international distribution partners. This role requires a balance of clinical understanding, technical expertise, and market awareness to ensure PolarMed’s solutions improve patient care globally. The ideal candidate has experience in medical device product management, knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA/CE regulations, and a passion for advancing healthcare technology.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy for surgical tools

• Coordinate regulatory, R&D, and clinical feedback

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years in medtech or product roles

• Familiar with MDR, ISO 13485, CE approval

• Strong stakeholder communication

• MSc in Biomed, Pharma, or Engineering

• Salary Range: CHF 115,000 – CHF 140,000 / Year
