MedicaCore Research is a pioneering biomedical research organization specializing in translational medicine and clinical innovation. We are seeking a Clinical Research Project Manager to lead multi-phase studies from planning through regulatory approval. This role involves coordinating with principal investigators, managing trial budgets, overseeing patient recruitment, and ensuring adherence to GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, preparing submissions for ethics committees, and liaising with regulatory bodies. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, laboratory scientists, and medical writers, to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing clinical trials, a strong understanding of FDA/EMA regulations, and the ability to adapt to rapidly evolving research environments.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee data entry and electronic CRF integrity

• Ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with trial coordinators and sponsors

• Support automation for medical data QC

• Train team on data privacy procedures

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years in clinical data management

• Experience with Medidata, Rave, or OpenClinica

• GCP certified, familiarity with FDA audit prep

• Degree in Life Sciences or Bioinformatics
