BuildRight Construction is a leading provider of commercial, residential, and infrastructure development projects across the region. We are hiring a Project Manager to lead construction projects from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards. In this role, you will coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, manage permits and safety compliance, and oversee procurement of materials and equipment. You will also monitor project progress, resolve on-site challenges, and maintain transparent communication with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, strong leadership skills, and a track record of delivering on time and within scope. This position offers the opportunity to shape landmark developments while working with a dedicated and safety-first team.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site civil works and contractors

• Review structural drawings and perform inspections

• Coordinate permits, site prep, and safety protocols

• Assist with project cost control and material planning

• Report progress to project managers and local authorities

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in civil or structural engineering

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D

• BEng in Civil Engineering or related discipline

• Knowledge of Australian building codes
