Hyperlane Systems develops high-throughput blockchain infrastructure for Web3 applications. We’re hiring a Blockchain Protocol Engineer to design consensus mechanisms, optimize validator performance, and scale secure decentralized systems.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement consensus and sharding algorithms

• Optimize blockchain throughput and latency

• Write smart contract tooling and SDKs

• Collaborate with distributed validator networks

• Contribute to protocol research papers

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in blockchain or distributed systems

• Strong skills in Rust, Go, or C++

• Understanding of consensus (PoS, BFT, etc.)

• Knowledge of cryptography and smart contracts

• BSc/MSc in CS, Math, or Engineering
