We are seeking an Agricultural Innovation Specialist to support the deployment of advanced agri-tech solutions across Asia-Pacific farms and supply chains. In this role, you will work closely with local farmers, agronomists, and supply chain managers to introduce IoT soil sensors, drone-based crop monitoring, and AI-powered yield prediction tools. Your responsibilities will include training field staff on agri-tech systems, overseeing pilot programs, analyzing crop health and environmental data, and ensuring compliance with sustainability and regional agricultural standards. You will also collaborate with R&D teams to refine tools for varying climates and crop types, ensuring the highest efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate is passionate about agriculture and technology, with experience in implementing digital farming solutions and working in diverse, multicultural environments.
